Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American writer of cookery cookbooks and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa which debuted in 2002 has 27 seasons running until the year 2020. Ina began her career by working in the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget as well as policy reports. Her first impression was that her job fascinating intellectually but eventually lost interest and purchased a tiny speciality store for food named Barefoot Contessa. After more than 18 years of making her store an enormous success, she sold it and began writing her first book. There were many magazines and cookbooks follow. Meanwhile the Food Network television show too began its run and was popular. In addition, she sells everything from equipment to cooking ingredients and containers. Ina she never went to cookery class nor did she employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Her relaxed approach to entertaining and her straightforward cook style are very well-known. Her most famous recipes are Lemon chicken that is skillet-roasted and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Lemon Bars.
