Ina-Garten

Ina Garten has been an acclaimed American writer of cook books for many seasons. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa and began its run in 2002. Ina started writing policies and nuclear energy papers to the White House. She initially adored the intellectual challenge of the job, but quickly lost enthusiasm. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. The store was a success for 18 years. the store extremely successful before selling it off and picking up the pen to write her first book. The other cookbooks came out, as did magazine columns. A different hit was her Food Network Television show. Additionally, she offers everything from cooking equipment to tools and storage containers. Ina she is a self-taught cook, has never studied at the culinary institute or at an establishment. Ina is known for her relaxed approach to cooking and entertaining. Her best-known recipes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac & cheese.
