Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American chef and author as well as Emmy Award-winning host of the Food Network's most popular program, Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began her career by working with the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget, as well as other policy documents. While she found it interesting initially, she eventually was bored and decided to purchase a smaller boutique of specialty foods - Barefoot Contessa. It took her 18 years to make the shop extremely popular before selling it and grabbing a pen to write her first cookbook. A number of different cookbooks and magazines follow. Her Food Network TV show also began its first season with great success. In addition, she sells a variety of cooking and food items to storage containers, equipment and other kitchen items. Ina is not a student at any cookery schools, or was employed at a restaurant. Ina has a complete self-taught. She's known for her easygoing approach to cooking and entertaining. Her most famous recipes are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Lemon Bars.
