Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is a American author, singer and actor well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. In the 1950s, she started her career as an actress on stage for Bettle Davis' musical Two's Company. Then, in 1956 she made her big break with a performance on Broadway in Li'l Abner's musical. In the year 1957, she launched her first album of music named It's time to Tina. Louise debuted as a performer in Hollywood in God's Little Acre a drama released in 1958. She was Griselda the main character of the film. While in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationship with Lee Strasberg. The next notable role she played in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS hired her to play in the year 1964. Louise continued to juggle her work in between Broadway television and Hollywood acting in more realistic roles, as in contrast to her portrayal of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and Helen Magnus, but in the past few years has gained recognition for herself as a director of famous TV shows, including Supernatural. Her family relocated from Essex to Toronto, where she spent her childhood and teenage years. Then she settled in Vancouver after she was selected for the role of Samantha Carter.
