Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more proud of her performance. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows that use single arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up before going onto exercises. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
